Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has announced its 20th annual general meeting to approve a dividend distribution for shareholders from last fiscal year’s profits. The meeting is scheduled for December 4 (Tuesday) at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
During this meeting, shareholders will vote on a proposal to distribute a cash dividend at a rate of 5.2632 percent of the bank’s paid-up capital.
For eligibility, the bank will close its books on November 25, which means that only those who are shareholders by November 22 can attend the meeting and receive the dividend. This book closure allows shareholders of record as of that date to participate in the distribution.
The meeting provides shareholders an opportunity to engage in the bank’s growth and approve the proposed dividends, rewarding them for their support.
