Siddhartha Premier Insurance Opens Bid for 300,000 Promoter Shares, General Public Eligible to Apply
Siddhartha Premier Insurance has opened the bid for the sale of 300,000 promoter shares from today (January 17). In this offering, company promoters, other institutions, and the general public can apply for shares. The interested parties need to submit a confidential application form with a minimum price of NPR 220 per share or more. Investors can apply for a minimum of 5,000 shares and up to the total quantity of shares available. The application submission period is until January 25.
Applicants should submit their applications to the Sales Manager at NIC Asia Capital, Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
