DANG, OCTOBER 26 – A tragic road accident claimed two lives and left three others injured in Tulsipur Municipality-3’s Sattale area early this morning.
The incident occurred when a passenger jeep (Ra. 1 Ja. 822) traveling from Salyan to Tulsipur veered off the road and plunged approximately 300 meters down a slope. The victims have been identified as Hiramani Budhamagar, 22, from Baibang in Dangisharan Rural Municipality-4, and Suresh Khadka, 19, from Kapurkot Rural Municipality-6 in Salyan. They succumbed to their injuries at Rapti Provincial Hospital, as confirmed by Police Inspector Prakash Thapa from the Area Police Office, Tulsipur.
Five individuals were in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The remaining three passengers sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving medical care at the hospital.
