United Ajod Insurance announced a profit share of 10.8 percent
United Ajod Insurance Company has announced a profit share. The company plans to provide a dividend of 10.8013 percent to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.
In a meeting held on Wednesday, the Board of Directors proposed a 10.2612 percent bonus share and a 0.5401 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the accumulated funds. Once the proposed profit distribution is approved by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Nepal, investors will receive the dividends at the upcoming annual general meeting of the company.
